How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your preferred item, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 Business Days
Remote Locations: 7–14 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. International and export enquiries are accepted. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and customs duties may vary depending on the destination country.

Products
Will the product look exactly like the website images?

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to:

Studio lighting
Professional photography
Different screen settings and resolutions
Natural textile variations

These minor differences do not affect the quality of the product.

Why may two products have slight shade differences?

Textile products may have slight variations in color shade or texture between production batches. This is considered normal and is not a manufacturing defect.

Are your products quality checked?

Yes. Every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

No. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

When can I request a return or refund?

Returns and refunds are accepted only if:

You receive a damaged product, or
You receive an incorrect product.

Clear photographs of the product

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your claim is verified and approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days.
