At Creative Home Tex, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. As most of our products are carefully manufactured and packed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Eligible Returns & Refunds

• A return or refund will only be accepted if:

  You receive a damaged product.
  You receive an incorrect product that is different from the item ordered.
  How to Request a Return

  If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order by:

  Filling out our Return Request Form and providing:
  Order Number
  Description of the issue
  Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  Photos of the product packaging, if applicable

Verification Process

All return and refund requests are carefully reviewed by our team. If the concern is found to be genuine and meets our policy requirements, the return request will be approved.

Creative Home Tex reserves the right to reject any return request that:

Is submitted after the specified time period.
Shows signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
Refund Process

Once the return request is approved:

The product may be collected or returned as instructed by our team.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
The refund will be completed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or incorrect).
Customized or made-to-order products.
Products damaged due to improper use, washing, or handling by the customer.
Products returned without prior approval.
